Please start the process by submitting the technology request form.
When the form is submitted, it goes to the Business Office for approval, then it is sent over to IT.
Once approved, you will get an email from IT Service Desk (cscu@service-now.com) telling you that you can schedule a time to come pick up the laptop. Usually there are same-day timeslots available, so that part should be very quick.
