Returns are accepted at two locations:
1. Danielson - QVCC Library
Mondays through Thursdays 8am-8pm; Fridays 8am-2pm.
742 Upper Maple St. Come up to Library on 2nd floor.
Hand your return directly to library staff.
You will receive an immediate confirmation that your device and all accessories have been returned.
2. Willimantic Center
Mondays through Thursdays , 8:30am-9:30pm
Fridays 8:30am-12:00pm
Building is located at 729 Main St.
You may call first to confirm if you like: 860.230.6129
Willimantic staff will accept the equipment, but cannot confirm the return is complete. The equipment will then be sent to the Danielson campus library, where staff will confirm that the equipment is in working order and all accessories have been returned. Then, you will receive an email confirmation when all pieces are received.
