The CSCU Library Consortium’s Assessment Team is pleased to share the beta version of the Library Survey Question Bank (QBank). This repository supports library and consortium assessment efforts by making pre-vetted survey questions easier to find and reuse. Consortium staff are encouraged to contribute their own survey questions to grow and improve this resource.
