   • 1st 3 characters of your month of birth
   • Amersend (&)
   • Last 4 digits of your Social Security Number 
   • Example: Nov&1220  

1. New password requirements:
   • Minimum of 8 characters
   • Cannot contain part of your personal info
   • Includes 3 of the following:
     • Uppercase character (A through Z)
     • Lowercase characters (a through z)
     • Numeric digits (0 through 9) 
     • Special characters ( such as !, $ & #)
