 The resource sharing partnership between the Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) Library Consortium and the State University of New York (SUNY) Library Consortium.

Unlocking SUNY Resources at the Norwalk Campus Library!

The Norwalk Campus library, in collaboration with CSCU libraries, has forged a partnership with the SUNY Library Consortium. This partnership aims to enhance access to physical materials for both students and faculty, fostering expanded opportunities for collaboration between the CSCU and SUNY library consortia in the future. The following libraries from the SUNY Consortium are actively participating in this initiative:

There are two situations that will prompt requests for physical resources from SUNY libraries:

  1. When you search the Norwalk Campus Library Catalog for a physical title and find that it's not available at Norwalk Campus Library or any CSCU consortium libraries, but it is available at one of the SUNY libraries, you can request the title from that library through the Norwalk Campus Library Online Catalog using your login credentials.

  2. If you search through any SUNY library's online catalog and find the title that you want to borrow from the participates in physical resource sharing with the CSCU Consortium list above, you can submit a resource sharing request via the Norwalk Campus Library Interlibrary Loan Request Form at https://ctstate.libwizard.com/f/norwalk-ILL, or you can contact Kimberly Bryant-Smith at (203) 857-6895 or KBryant-Smith@ncc.commnet.edu.

  4. You must login to your library account when you request any item from SUNY libraries.
