Can students print documents on campus?
Answer
Yes! CT State students may print up to 400 b&w or 66 color pages per month free of charge. See the instructions below to send and release print jobs.
1. Send your print job
- From a campus desktop computer, select the MA-Uniflow printer and click Print.
- From a laptop or off campus, open your college email and attach your document to a new email. Accepted file types include docx, xlsx, pptx, and PDF.
Send your email attachment to MA-Print@mcc.commnet.edu.
2. Release your print job
Proceed to one of the three campus printers. Press the AD login button on the screen. Enter the “Username” field to open the onscreen keyboard. Enter your UniFlow Username and your NetID Password. For fall 2024 returning students, your UniFlow username can be found in the Active Directory migration email received prior to your migration. An example of the username’s location in the email is in the image below:
New students can look up their UniFlow (SAM) account using the NetID lookup utility. In many cases, your Uniflow username will be your first initial and last name.
Press login.
3. Follow the printing posted directions by the printer to print, copy or scan.
