My library card expired. Do I have to pay for a new card and if so how much?

Library guest borrower cards are issued free of charge to any Connecticut resident 15 years of age or older with ID containing both name and address. If your card has expired, you can stop at the circulation desk to verify your borrower information. Please bring a valid form of ID when you visit.
