How can I book a group study room?
Answer
All students and community users with a valid library card may reserve rooms for group study. You can reserve our 6 group study rooms online up to two weeks in advance. The daily maximum is 2 hours per day. Groups may use the rooms more than once in a day as long as the total time for the day does not exceed two hours. An email confirmation will be sent when you complete the reservation.
Please check in at the Circulation Desk before proceeding to the study rooms. If booking a room requiring at least two people to reserve, at least two people from your group must be present in order to check out a pass. There is a 10-minute grace period attached to your reservation. If your group does not arrive within the grace period, the reservation is void and the room becomes openly available.
