How do I find print books?

Housatonic's catalog will allow you to search for everything we have access to, including e-books, print books, and articles, all in one place!
Start by going to the Library's webpage, here: housatonic.edu/library
In the box titled "Search Housatonic Library Catalog" enter your search terms (such as keywords about the book, the book's title, or the book's author) and hit enter or click Search.
When you get to the search results page, you will be able to narrow your search down to show only print books.
Go to Tweak my results (left sidebar) and use these two limiters to get only print books:
Under the Resource Type section, select "Books" (you may need to click "more" first)
Under Show Only, select "Available at HCC"
Optional: You may want to limit by date as well. Scroll down further to Publication Date, enter your date range under From and To and click Refine.
Once your search is limited and you see a title that looks like it will meet your needs, click the title to get more information about the book.
